 Denton Ellis - Chairman
A past recipient of the PEI Champion Grower Award, Denton Ellis is president of Potato Blossom Industries Inc., a specialized seed potato firm. He has worked full-time in agriculture since 1984 and is actively involved in a number of sectors of the potato industry.
He has served as a member of the PEI Potato Board, Chairman of the Elite Seed Farm Committee and as director of a number of other potato-related businesses. Ellis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and held several management positions in both Western and Eastern Canada before joining Potato Blossom Industries Inc..
